A circular silver and enamel medal surmounted by a King's crown. The blue enamel surround bears the wording 'Queen's Work for Women Medal' with an inner inscription 'Presented by the Gentlewoman'. The inner circle has a crossed golf putter and driver with a golf ball between, pin back with no maker mark, some wear with no enamel chips, pin has lost it's spring. A very rare badge
