1960/70's, possibly earlier, bust of an unknown Soviet political activist, the item has not been recently cleaned, is matt white, slightly grubby, unglazed parian style with a smooth texture, nice maker marks to the base, a quality manufactured item, not modern, size is approximately 6.5 inches high x 6 inches wide, excellent condition, recently purchased in Russia
